Organisational Structure of the Bio21 Cluster

The Bio21 Cluster is made up of its Member organisations.  

The Board comprises senior personnel of the Founding and selected General Member organisations and is responsible for governance and the overall objectives of the Cluster.  

The Scientific Advisory Council meets monthly and outcomes of those meetings determine priorities and actions towards achieving shared objectives.  These are carried out by the staff of the Bio21 Cluster and/or by working groups, comprising Members and facilitated by Bio21 Cluster staff.

Additional subcommittees that report directly to the Board, are the Business Development Managers Committee, the Hospital Research Directors Forum and the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program Committee.
